Whether you have been with Exhale Women for years or if you’re new, welcome to She Lives Fearless and our new space!

Hi, I’m Holly Newton, Founder of She Lives Fearless (formerly Exhale Women).

We create faith-based content, host the She Lives Fearless Podcast, and host Events across the country. We equip women to pursue God fiercely and to live life fearlessly.

Starting as a gathering of women around a table, the Lord birthed a community and a movement in a humble barn in the hills of Nashville, Tennessee in 2016. As women living full lives, weary and worn, this movement became known as Exhale. Since then over 2,000 women have gathered to rest and receive and more clearly know who they are in Christ.

Arising now as SHE LIVES FEARLESS, we are calling women to step boldly out in confidence to help change a world that is fearful, hopeless, and weary. With the confidence of the word, authority in the Spirit, and a firm knowing of who we are as women, we are inspiring women across the country to join us on this journey of pursuing God fiercely, and living life fearlessly.

I know firsthand what it’s like to grow weary and give up – but we don’t have to! The Lord promises to renew and strengthen us. He promises to bring rest to our weary souls. The enemy wants you to burn out and be fearful about your future – but you don’t have to. We are committed to speaking and writing according to the Truths of God and God alone.

We believe:

• the Bible is the inerrant Word of God and that Jesus is the Son of God who came to die and was resurrected so we can be saved and have eternal life in Heaven

• it’s in God’s Presence where we find freedom, breakthrough, and boldness to rise up and live in victory over our circumstances

• in the Church. We are passionate about coming alongside the local Church in creating events where women can gather to be equipped and encouraged to glorify God in their lives and communities

• we become fearless when we rest with the Lord and receive His promises for our lives

Holly Newton is a passionate leader encouraging others to study scripture, ask the hard questions, and learn to hear God’s voice to more fully live in freedom and purpose. Holly and her husband, Mark, have been married 31 years. They have three grown children, seven grandchildren and live with their much-loved yorkie, Lily, in the Orlando area.
